Dalma Cooper is an author, educator, and mother with a lifelong passion for nurturing a love of reading and learning in children.

Specializing in early literacy, she helps young learners build strong reading and writing skills through creative, engaging, and child-centred methods. Her teaching philosophy is shaped by a rich educational background, including teacher's college, Montessori training in Europe, and hands-on experiences in classrooms around the world.

Alongside her husband Michael, Dalma co-founded and operated a Montessori school in Elora, Ontario, Canada, where she spent two decades personally guiding hundreds of young minds through their formative learning years, and sparking their curiosity and confidence.

Today, through her Read and Write Cooper Books and Elora Tutoring, Dalma continues to empower parents and educators with joyful, accessible books to support children's literacy journey.
