The third workbook in our reading and writing series completes the program.
 
In Workbook Part 3, students will:

• Continue reading practice of words with vowels a, i, o, and u
• Decode 3-letter phonetic words with vowel e (e.g., hen)
• Practice consonant blends (e.g., flag, stop, splash)
• Learn compound words (e.g., lunch + box = lunchbox; class + room = classroom)
• Read and understand multi-syllable words (e.g., morning, important)
• Learn new sight words while reinforcing those from Parts 1 and 2
• Practice letter, word, and sentence writing
• Begin writing complete sentences independently
