2. Products and educational use
Cooper Books creates workbooks and resources to support children’s reading and writing development.
Please review product descriptions and available sample lessons before purchasing. If you need help choosing a workbook, contact us before placing your order.
Every child learns at a different pace. Our materials support learning but do not guarantee a particular outcome or timeline.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
Payment is required when placing an order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Prices and product availability may change. Changes do not affect orders already accepted.
4. Orders
Please provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information when ordering.
If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply, together with any associated shipping charges.
If a pricing or product information error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding. You may accept the corrected details or cancel for a full refund.
5. Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Our workbooks, sample lessons, text, illustrations and other website materials are protected by copyright. Purchasing a workbook does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce its pages.
Unless a resource expressly permits copying, you may not reproduce, scan, upload, distribute or sell copies of our materials without written permission, except as permitted by law.
Free samples may be downloaded and printed for the educational use described with the resource. Please share the link to our sample download page rather than uploading or distributing the files yourself.
