Shipping Rates
We carefully pack and ship every order in Canada!
Shipping is paid by the customer and shown at checkout before payment. Rates depend on your delivery location and the number of workbooks ordered. Multiple workbooks ordered together are shipped together whenever possible.
Order processing
Orders are normally prepared for shipping within [3–5 business days], excluding weekends and holidays. If we expect a longer processing time, we will contact you.
Delivery
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping service. Any delivery estimates provided are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact Dalma by replying to your order confirmation email.
Shipping addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address if your order has not yet shipped.
If a parcel is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it. We will contact you before arranging another shipment.
